GSPF 2016: Atherton Gardens Precinct
Visit the Atherton Gardens Precinct for a program that extends beyond projection art. We invite you to venture off the main strip to explore installations by local established and emerging artists. Explore the Gardens and discover a range of light sculptures, sound based installations, renegade projections and multi-faceted performance space.
The Atherton Estate is home to a number of communities and is an intrinsic part of Fitzroy’s culture and heritage. By opening the Atherton Gardens up as an exhibition space and platform for performance, the GSPF aims to further integrate audience members with the local area and community. We’d like to thank the Atherton Gardens community for opening up their parks and public spaces for the Festival.
