Project:roam – Mobile Projections

Project:roam is a series of roving projection activations that will occur on key nights of the Gertrude Street Projection Festival. Through the use of mobile projection devices the interactive (projection) experiences will take place at random locations, traversing the street-scape canvases of Gertrude Street and beyond.

Project:roam is a collaboration of creative’s Marija Ivkovic, Madeleine Preece, Brad Johnson and Tyson Carr. Their different experiences, mediums personalities and skills push each concept in unique directions, unexplored by the individual.

“Through experiential concepts it is possible to bring a sense of joy to everyday life, to create moments of wonder, celebration and pleasure amidst the chaos.”

“We want to engage the senses of our audience by surprising and delighting. And as artists, craftsmen, producers, designers we hope to create enjoyment and memories for those who encounter our work.”
